Guarantee

The legal warranty applies to all items you purchase from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what the consumer can reasonably expect from it. This way you receive the product you ordered and nothing else. Some products also have a manufacturer's warranty. This includes manufacturing errors. This guarantee does not affect the legal guarantee.

Do you have a complaint?

We do everything we can to make you as a customer happy! However, if you are not satisfied with our product or service, please let us know. You can return our products within 100 days for a full refund. You can report your complaint by email to info@magicpillow.com . We will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail and will respond to your complaint in writing (by e-mail) within 14 days.
